Flexible, sweat-proof, long-lasting, and doubles as athleisure wear... sounds like the perfect combination for your brand’s custom apparel line, doesn’t it?
What if we told you your apparel line could also be designed with sustainable materials?
That’s right — we’re talking about high-quality apparel that is not only made from sustainable fabrics, but is also manufactured in the U.S. — specifically with Mother Nature in mind.
What makes our screen printing and production method sustainable
For many, the conversation surrounding more sustainable options revolves around the types of inks used and the amount of water consumed throughout the process.
Traditionally, inks for screen printing are known to contain or leak harmful chemicals when disposed. One cotton t-shirt typically takes over two cups of water to be screen printed.
We are proud to offer a sustainable option that uses just 32 milligrams — not even a full ounce — of water per shirt, instead. And quality is not sacrificed!
Throughout our screen printing process, screens are washed between uses and reused hundreds to thousands of times.
In addition to our sustainable screen printing process, we leverage a tri-blend t-shirt material made from organic, U.S.-grown cotton, recycled polyester, and modal — a type of rayon.
These materials combined make for an irresistibly soft shirt, all while being better for the environment.
Make sustainability part of your brand story
Fortunately, it’s important to many brands to be good stewards of the environment — a trend turning into table stakes that we are seeing amongst many businesses worldwide.
And while it’s easy to verbalize this effort, it can be troublesome on how to actually incorporate sustainable practices into a product’s production.
When your company’s branded apparel is sustainably made it adds immeasurable value to your brand, as many consumers are favoring brands that are actively committed to lessening their environmental impact.
So, investing more in a sustainably made custom apparel line can do a lot of the heavy-lifting around telling your brand’s sustainable efforts and shaping that portion of your brand story.
